2. How to submit a DMCA notice

Email communication is recommended for faster processing.


3. Counter-notification procedure

If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its original location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
  • Your name and email address
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a federal court in the United States and agreeing to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice

4. Repeat infringement

In accordance with the DMCA, we may remove content that is subject to repeated valid infringement claims.


5. Modifications to this policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
